Our journey toward finding Health Made Simple solutions and Juice Plus
It has been over five years now that I have been researching, learning about and searching for natural solutions for improving health and wellbeing. What started out as a journey to find solutions for our own family has led to blogging about what we have learned and trying to empower and encourage others as they navigate their own natural health journey.
It has become evident that the biggest culprit of our declining health and wellbeing as a society is a lack of nutrition from consuming food that is overly processed and compromised by genetic modification, chemicals, hormones, and other things that have depleted even our fruits and vegetables from the nutrition it was designed by God to offer us for sustenance, protection, and healing.
Initially, I started following and promoting a whole-food plant-based diet and then after hearing from food experts and doctors from around the world the benefits of eating primarily a plant-based diet, I started moving in that direction and looking for ways to help others do the same.

As a blogger, my focus has been to try to understand the pain points of my readers and look for solutions that will help them.
I have found that most people find it way too overwhelming to change their diet so radically overnight and way too busy to find the time to shop, prep and prepare for this type of lifestyle on a daily basis. They need more information, support and ideas to grow in this area.
I have felt the same way and the only way I have been able to get to where we are now is by taking it one step at a time and slowly learning new ways to shop, cook and eat. What has made it easier is joining groups where I can learn new ideas, cooking techniques, and recipes.
One of the most helpful groups I have joined is Health Made Simple. This is a group of educators, nutritionists, coaches, trainers, doctors and entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping others eat more plants through offering solutions for making that happen. The core solution centers around offering plant powders from Juice Plus to help fill the nutritional gap of what is missing from what we are eating. They also offer regular training sessions and events like “Salad in a Jar” parties to help support others on the plant-based eating journey.
It was actually a “Salad in a Jar” party that piqued my interest because I was working on ideas for doing meal prep to make it easier during the week to stay on track. After coming away with valuable information and practical tips along with salads prepped for the week, I reached out to learn more. I really liked what I saw from the Health Made Simple community and how they worked together to support one another.
After trying the Juice Plus products and sharing them with my family both here and in New Zealand and getting to know the team and company a little more, my daughter and I both decided to join the company as Franchisees.
Below, you can watch a replay of our initial Zoom call introducing our new endeavor where you can also hear Toni Branner, Founder of Health Made Simple, Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Consultant, Professional Speaker, and Published Author share important information and research about why eating more plants can prevent and reverse disease.
If you are overwhelmed with all the changes you want to make to improve your health and wellbeing, right now, and you want the assurance that you are supporting your body with the nutrition it needs while you are trying to figure out lifestyle and diet changes, you might want to start off with something as simple as taking Juice Plus plant-powders.
