I don’t know about you but I am always looking for unique gifts for my mom. At this point in her life, if she wants or needs anything, she just buys it. This makes it particularly hard to think of gifts ideas for her when it comes to Christmas, her birthday and Mother’s Day.
One thing my mom can never have enough of though is Aromatherapy Bracelets. Every time I design a new one and I show her, she wants one just like it. She is my number one fan and supporter of everything I do. Aren’t moms great that way?
I have to admit that Aromatherapy Bracelets are my number one favorite gift to give because…
- they are unique and handmade
- they all have a different story and are made from beads from all over the world
- they have a purpose, they are not just another thing
- they are a great way to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils throughout the day, which are many. (You can get a copy of “8 Essential Oils that can Improve Your Day” from my Resource Library…learn how at the bottom of this post)
- they improve health and wellbeing
I include a small bottle of the essential oil blend called “JOY” because it is my favorite, tried and true oil to lift my spirits and help me get through my hardest days.
Here are some examples of recent designs I created after returning home from New Zealand with a collection of new beads I found while I was there. They all have unique Maori names and meanings.
Other Unique Gifts for Mom to Improve Her Health and Wellbeing
There are some great books available to learn about how to use essential oils and herbs and other natural ways to improve health and wellbeing.
Here are some of my favorite inspiring books and devotionals that would make a unique gift to encourage your mom and lift her up.
Journals also make unique gifts for mom and can be very therapeutic for improving health and wellbeing. These are some of my favorites…
I asked my mom to create a wish list for Mother’s Day on Amazon and send it to me. My daughter likes to send me wish lists on Amazon for birthdays and Christmas and I love it. It makes shopping for gifts so much easier and then I know it is something she is going to enjoy.
Anyways, my mom is 77 years old and she is really into natural things for improving health and wellness so I thought you would like to see her wish list. Maybe, it will help you find ideas for your mom.
Don’t forget that mom’s love quality time with their adult children probably more than anything else so you if live close enough to get together, planning something special you can do together like going to lunch and a movie, or going to get your nails done together.:
Last year, I planned a special tea party for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was a hit… and super simple!
Here are the posts I did with all the information and pictures to give you some inspiration.
I hope this gives you some unique ideas for your mom as you are looking for Mother’s Day gifts.
